Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at KARmA 262. In this role, you will be the face of our boutique, helping customers find the perfect pieces to complement their active lifestyle. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our growing brand by delivering top-notch service and ensuring our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, offering personalized styling advice
• Maintain knowledge of our product lines and stay updated on new arrivals
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and organizing products
• Participate in special store events and promotions, such as the KARmA Collective initiative

Qualifications:

• Passion for activewear, fashion, and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Retail experience is preferred but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends
